How do you tackle new projects?

Every project begins with listening—understanding the challenge, the people, and the goals. I collaborate closely to map out the problem, align on vision, and set a clear path forward. This foundation leads to solutions that are thoughtful and effective.

What makes your process unique?

I combine systems thinking with hands-on prototyping, always balancing user needs, business goals, and tech realities. My process is very open and iterative, inviting feedback so every solution is meaningful and lasting.

How do you support design teams?

I lead by example—encouraging open conversation, creative risk-taking, and continuous learning. My focus is on helping teams move quickly while maintaining high standards, always aiming for impact that matters.

As a product manager, I was lucky to work with Joshua, who went above and beyond as our lead designer. Joshua jumped straight into a tricky, legacy site builder with awful CSAT scoring and wasn't afraid to probe and question why it worked the way it did. He went above and beyond in discovery across multiple design frameworks from competitors and in adjacent industries which resulted in a fantastic vision.

A great vision is one thing, but more importantly, during execution he partnered with engineering leaders to determine what was actually possible to build rather than just handing it off. In the end, we shipped a huge update in flexibility, scalability, and accessibility of site building through Seismic that gave our users a ton of value, drove a CSAT increase of 30%, and was accomplished without having to force a painful migration to get updated functionality.
